Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $135,000/year Comprehensive benefits package including health plans, generous PTO, and 401(k) with a competitive match Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible work options through Enbridge’s FlexWork (Hybrid Work Model) Supportive work environment with a commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity Job Responsibilities Establish and refine work management systems to support project coordination and time management Implement work management processes for prioritizing and timing activities Train field staff on Maximo Scheduler for seamless integration Conduct continuous improvement and quality assurance activities related to scheduling efforts Track and analyze planner and scheduler performance to ensure adherence to guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with over seven years of experience in oil & gas, maintenance, or pipeline; or over ten years of field operations experience Solid understanding of developing and implementing new processes Proven ability to self-teach and outstanding organizational and communication skills Significant experience in coordinating and scheduling tasks, particularly with Maximo Scheduler Strong critical thinking skills to resolve analytical and technical issues effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement Familiarity with regional complexities and geographic uniqueness in the oil & gas sector Previous roles that required high-level support to regional staff and committees #OilAndGas #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #FlexibleWork #EqualOpportunityEmployer We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
