The Role: Junior Account Executive This is an exciting mid-level role for someone who wants to grow in B2B sales within a high-growth tech environment and has experience working as a Sales Development Representative. You’ll support and manage parts of the sales cycle, help connect amazing organizations with our products, and learn directly from experienced sales leaders. Manage and execute the sales pipeline, combining outbound prospecting with inbound lead nurturing. Conduct product demos and drive deals from start to finish. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media, leveraging sales automation systems and CRM tools. Experiment with email sequences and refine negotiation strategies to optimize sales performance. Maintain a detailed database of prospective clients, ensuring systematic follow-up and personalized engagement. What You Need to Succeed 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role (SDR or BDR Position is a plus) Proficiency with CRM and sales automation technologies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to qualify prospects effectively and handle objections in real-time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with samples of content. Experience with data analysis tools (minimum Excel), and a basic understanding of coding. A university or college degree.
