Opportunity Lead joint go‑to‑market initiatives with AWS to drive awareness, demand, and revenue aligned with Okta’s business objectives. Act as the global orchestrator for partner marketing, building integrated programs with ISVs, GSIs, and AWS. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align AWS engagement with Okta’s revenue goals. Create bespoke ABM plans targeting strategic AWS accounts to drive awareness and partner‑influenced ACV. Collaborate with regional marketing and field teams to design and execute demand‑generation campaigns with AWS. Produce co‑branded content, case studies, webinars, and speaking engagements that spotlight joint successes. Align with Okta, AWS, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of global and regional partner campaigns. Manage MDF with AWS, ensuring proper allocation, tracking, and ROI reporting for joint initiatives. Integrate partner strategies with GSI and ISV marketing leaders to deliver joint programs across multiple partners. Track, analyze, and report on metrics to optimize marketing investments and measure pipeline and ACV growth. Collaborate with the events team to drive AWS sponsorships and partner attendance at flagship events. Qualifications 5‑10 years of partner marketing experience in SaaS or cloud ecosystems. Deep understanding of cloud service provider partnerships and co‑marketing practices. Proven success delivering measurable global partner programs. Ability to collaborate across regional teams for consistent execution. Core marketing expertise in demand generation, ABM, and customer journey development. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑influence skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Benefits Competitive range: $142,000—$212,000 (San Francisco Bay Area) and $126,000—$190,000 (California outside SF, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington).
