Base pay range CA$64.00/hr - CA$74.00/hr Insight Global is seeking a Cloud Security Architect to join the Product Security team for a leading HCM client. This role will focus on providing architectural guidance for the implementation of a Cloud‑Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) tool. You will lead CNAPP integration, harden Azure and AWS environments, embed security into CI/CD and Terraform workflows, and support compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP and PBMM . Responsibilities Drive CNAPP implementation and integration across multiple environments. Harden Azure and AWS cloud footprints and embed security into DevSecOps workflows. Integrate CNAPP with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform IaC scripts. Design and implement cloud security policies (Azure Policy, OPA/Sentinel) aligned with frameworks like NIST , CIS , and FedRAMP . Secure Kubernetes clusters and containers within CNAPP. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business solutions. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering; 3+ years in cloud security architecture. 3+ years working with CNAPP tools (e.g., Wiz, Defender for Cloud, Prisma). Expertise in DevSecOps integration and IaC (Terraform) within CNAPP. Strong knowledge of Azure security (Entra ID/AAD, RBAC, networking, Key Vault). Experience with Azure and/or AWS services and Kubernetes security. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST 800‑53, CIS) and Canadian/US security requirements. Ability to write scripts in Rego or Python for CNAPP policy creation. Excellent communication skills and self‑starter mentality. Nice to Have Certifications: Microsoft AZ‑500, SC‑100, SC‑200; CISSP or CCSP. DevOps experience with infrastructure and application pipelines. Hands‑on experience with container/image scanning, SAST/DAST, penetration testing. Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI‑powered security solutions.
