Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage various engineering projects such as product maintenance, quality improvement, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance; Participate in the process of transferring new products to production; Link up with other departments for projects he/she coordinates; Manage schedules for ongoing projects; Coordinate laboratory tests required in the course of his/her work; Ensure proper documentation of each project under his/her responsibility. Knowledge / Skills / Experience University degree in mechanical engineering combined with 5 years of relevant experience; Fluency in English (4/5); Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes; Project management and planning skills; Asset: experience working in a regulated environment (medical, aeronautical, automotive). Personal Qualities Organizational skills, initiative, autonomy; Good analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team. Special Features / Conditions The role requires international travel.
