Requirements University degree or college diploma in electrical engineering, combined with 5 years of experience related to the position in a manufacturing company or any relevant experience; Proficiency in English 4/5, as you will frequently be required to communicate with other R&D sites to share best practices related to your projects; Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes; Knowledge of electronic component testing; Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships; Ability to solve complex problems and implement corrective actions; Rigorous approach to documentation; Ability to organize, plan, manage priorities, and communicate them; Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
