Lotus Notes Developer role at J&M Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities Lotus Notes developer to support custom Notes applications written for Client only (formula and Lotus script, no java). Basic Domino server administration skills as well. The applications are hosted on Lotus Cluster servers. Create and configure new log databases, clean log data and make it ready for reporting (required some code update). Need to manage user base in multiple Lotus notes domains, cross certified. Production support for Lotus applications and DB Expected to support/troubleshoot any data issues or general system related issues, including email routing in Lotus notes (not personal Lotus emails, rather emails to and from Notes applications). Essential Skills Lotus Notes developer to support custom Notes applications written for Client only (formula and Lotus script, no java). Needs to be able to self-study the various app functionality in detail by studying the code mostly, after the basic info is provided. Basic Domino server administration skills as well. The applications are hosted on Lotus Cluster servers. Create and configure new log databases, clean log data and make it ready for reporting (requires some code update). Need to manage user base in multiple Lotus notes domains, cross certified. Production support for Lotus applications and DB Expected to support/troubleshoot any data issues or general system related issues, including email routing in Lotus notes (not personal Lotus emails, rather emails to and from Notes applications). Desirable Skills A bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Strong programming skills with hands-on experience designing and implementing high volume, high availability applications with a very high degree of automation.
