You thrive on collaboration, love being the go-to expert, and get excited about creating products that make a real impact. You’re comfortable leading projects from concept to commercialization and enjoy working directly with customers to ensure success. What You Bring A strong foundation in Food Science, Grain Science, Agricultural Engineering , or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 5–10+ years of experience in masa flour product development, operations, or commercialization. Deep knowledge of nixtamalization , corn varietals, and masa functionality. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and scale‑up efforts. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish .
