About the Team The Product team is the voice of the customer and the strategic driver of our business. AI‑Enabled Product Development Incorporate AI into everyday workflows, using it as a tool to enhance productivity and deliver features faster. Help design feedback loops to refine AI models, ensuring AI agents become true collaborators. Translate business strategy into a clear, outcome‑driven product roadmap. Define, prioritize, and maintain a transparent backlog that is aligned with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. Develop and own the product vision, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimizations. Align with business, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure product‑market fit and successful launches. Operational Excellence Establish success metrics and measure feature performance. Use data tools and analysis to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and monitor performance. Conduct beta testing, user acceptance testing, and internal training where needed. Evangelize product capabilities within and outside the organization. You are a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships and driving complex initiatives to completion. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams will be critical to your success. Technical Expertise Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
