ADP is hiring a Senior Workforce Planning Consultant (no direct people management responsibilities) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Planning Consultant to provide strategic workforce management expertise and support across multiple business lines. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging strong business knowledge, analytical skills, and workforce expertise to drive decisions that optimize performance and align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to multiple business lines, providing workforce insights and influencing decisions to support both short-term and long-term business objectives. Lead workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and scheduling analysis to enable operational efficiency and service excellence. Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders, informing resource allocation and short-term adjustments as well as long-term workforce strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business priorities and client needs. Build strong relationships with senior management, clearly communicating workforce impacts and helping leaders stay aligned with priorities. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvements in workforce management practices. Represent the Workforce Management function in executive discussions, providing thought leadership and guidance on strategic workforce planning. Qualifications Experience 7+ years of business operations, consulting, or workforce management experience, with strong exposure to strategy and planning. Proven ability to communicate with impact, influence senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data, models, and forecasting tools. Skills Leadership and team management capabilities (note: this role does not include direct people management). Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Quebec candidates: French is required for Quebec-based roles; English is also required due to the global nature of the business and interactions with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
