Notre équipe est spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication et la distribution d’une gamme complète de portes de douche en verre, de baignoires, de miroirs lumineux et d'accessoires haut de gamme. **Responsabilités:**

En tant que représentant au service à la clientèle, vous aurez à :

  • Fournir un service client de classe mondiale par téléphone et par courrier électronique, en identifiant et en mettant en œuvre des solutions efficaces pour garantir la satisfaction du client.
  • Capturez et traitez avec précision les données des clients à l’aide des systèmes pertinents.
  • Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement.
  • Contribuer au succès de l'entreprise en veillant à la satisfaction de la clientèle et en suggérant des axes d'amélioration.


**Exigences:**

  • 1 à 2 années d'expérience en service à la clientéle.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, éthique de travail assidue et ponctualité.
  • Maîtrise de la saisie de données.
  • Une approche positive à la résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et collaborative dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques, y compris la maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication en français, à la fois écrite et verbale.
  • Connaissance de l'anglais requise pour communiquer avec des clients et partenaires anglophones situés au Canada et aux États-Unis.


**Exigences supplémentaires:**

  • Connaissance technique, y compris les concepts de plomberie et d'électricité.
  • Familiarité avec les mesures impériales et métriques.

Customer Service Representative

Salary: 45,000/annum

Location: 5x per week onsite in Saint-Laurent

**Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide world-class customer service via phone and email, identifying and implementing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately capture and process customer data using relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the company's success by ensuring customer satisfaction and suggesting areas for improvement.


**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, a diligent work ethic, and punctuality.
  • Proficiency in data entry.
  • A positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills in French, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of English required to communicate with English-speaking clients and partners located in Canada and the United States.


**Additional Requirements:**

  • Technical knowledge, including plumbing and electrical concepts.
  • Familiarity with imperial and metric measurements.
