Business Development Representative Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with decades of industry experience , recognized for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are looking to add a dynamic Business Development Representative to their team to drive growth and strengthen their presence in the market. Base pay range: CA$70,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within manufacturing and industrial markets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, including market research and networking. Present and promote products and solutions to prospective customers. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure successful delivery. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Previous experience in business development, account management, or sales (manufacturing/industrial background preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Ability to work on-site 5 days a week (until training period).
