The **Account Manager** acts as the hub of information for both the client and internal teams. They work in partnership with senior account team members and are the liaison between clients and a range of agency staff. The Account Manager also works closely with clients and ensures each client is well informed throughout the process and is confident in the agency’s capabilities.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Diligently manage projects, timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple client projects
- Ensure that all executional client requests are met in a timely and service-oriented manner
- Translate client requirements into agency briefs with the support of the account and strategy teams
- Support the development of client presentations and be able to play an active role in those presentations.
- Provide ongoing accurate and thorough reporting to Sr. Management and/or VP and Finance team.
- Develop client budgets, perform reconciliations, and prepare monthly invoices
- Participate in annual account planning for dedicated book of business including forecasting.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of client's business and industry, including competitive monitoring across competitive brands/services and categories.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience preferably from an agency background or client-side.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build engaging relationships
- Detail oriented and ability to independently manage and lead projects, delivering on time and within budget
- Team player who is confident and articulate for day-to-day management of client, vendor, and agency peer relationships
- Critical thinking skills and an aptitude for finding solutions.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
