As a key player in our organization, you’ll work closely with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions that address complex business needs.What You’ll Do:Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS) Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus Technical Skills:Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus What You’ll Bring:The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members A sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects Join us in transforming the utility sector with smart, innovative solutions that matter.
