We are partnering with a well-established, national organization to hire an HR Generalist supporting employees across multiple locations. This role is a true generalist position and serves as a key point of contact for employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, HR programs, training, and ongoing support for leaders and employees. What you will be doing Advise managers on employee and labour relations matters, including performance, attendance, disability management, investigations, and exits Support and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures Build strong relationships with leaders to align HR solutions with business goals Facilitate HR training programs such as coaching for performance and progressive discipline Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees What you bring 3 to 4 years of progressive HR experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline Strong knowledge of Canadian labour legislation and employee relations best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with leadership Base salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 Paid vacation This organization offers a collaborative culture, strong leadership, career growth opportunities, and a reputation as a top employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
