Role Overview We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end bid process across North America. The role sits within the Bid Management team and works closely with the UK‑based Bid Manager and Canadian subject matter experts to develop and submit high‑quality, competitive bids for healthcare consultancy projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end bid process ensuring proposals delivered on time, fully compliant and aligned with Archus strategic and operational goals. Work closely with subject matter experts to compile bid content, manage bid deliverables and timelines. Collaborate with UK Bid Manager to develop bid winning strategies and incorporate best practices. Support proposal development and review, ensuring proposals showcase expertise and value proposition. Maintain bid tracking system and provide regular bid status updates. Qualifications 3+ years experience in bid/ proposal management within consulting or healthcare sector. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail‑oriented and strong organisational capabilities. Proficiency with bid management tools and Microsoft Office. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a global environment.
