We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Corporate Financing Team This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and business acumen while gaining significant experience working with companies with revenues over $50M. Use your commercial banking experience to support Directors in file analysis and client relations. We value diversity and inclusion. CHALLENGES TO BE MET Perform detailed financial analyses and modeling on historical and build service requests for new financing. Maintain data integrity in the Corporate Financing portfolio. Complete KYC and AML due diligence, including online searches. Investigate and evaluate proposals, develop financing proposals in accordance with BDC standards. Collaborate with underwriting to finalize credit submissions and align credits. Prepare written credit submissions for loan authorizations and amendments. Identify cross-selling opportunities and maintain a close knowledge of network capacity. Manage transactions and customer contacts for Corporate Financing activities. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance (or equivalent). Working toward or completion of a professional designation (CFA, CBV, CPA, or other) is a plus. 3 to 5 years of commercial or corporate banking experience. Excellent analytical/problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail. Sound credit judgment and risk analysis skills. Ability to analyze complex financial structures and financial modeling. Strong customer relationship skills and judgment. Ability to work autonomously within a team, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Bilingualism (English, French) is an asset.
