Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Montreal, QC, for a Corporate Development Associate with exposure to Investor Relations (IR). Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, performing due diligence on potential opportunities, supporting financial modeling, assisting with corporate transactions, and preparing materials for strategic communication and investor relations. Additional duties may involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business development initiatives. The Corporate Development Associate will work closely with deal teams consisting of professionals at all levels—including the CEO, CGO, and CFO—on a variety of acquisitions and investments. The Associate will have a key role in all aspects of developing and executing transactions, including financial analysis, value analysis, financial modeling, preparation of presentation materials, company and industry research, due diligence, and preparation of legal documentation. In addition, the Associate will support certain investor relations (IR) activities, including preparing materials for earnings calls, corporate presentations, shareholder updates, market analysis, peer-comparison studies, and other communications that help articulate the Company’s strategy, performance, and value proposition to investors. The Corporate Development Associate will need to think quickly and demonstrate versatility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They will also play a key role in supporting various internal teams by conducting targeted analyses as required across finance, operations, exploration, and strategy.
