You will work with a supportive Council, an active volunteer community, and an interim CAO who will help ensure a smooth transition. The role offers meaningful opportunities to support long‑term planning, implement modern, efficient processes, and lead major projects, including infrastructure upgrades, land development, and the ongoing expansion of the Town’s recreation and event facilities. You lead the Town’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring sound budgeting, reporting, and compliance while strengthening systems and processes. You oversee daily operations across administration, public works, utilities, and the recreation and event facility, ensuring consistent service and strong coordination with staff and volunteers. You also advance key priorities, including lagoon planning, land development, modernization efforts, and regional collaboration, while building strong relationships with residents, school partners, and neighbouring municipalities. Is This You? You bring the education, experience, and leadership ability needed to succeed in a small but growing municipality. You have post‑secondary training in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, along with experience in areas such as administration, operations, HR, finance, recreation, or events. You may come from a municipal background or bring strong transferable skills that allow you to learn quickly and lead with confidence. You are comfortable managing budgets, supporting staff, improving systems, and communicating clearly with Council, employees, volunteers, and residents. You can balance strategic priorities with practical day‑to‑day work. You are forward‑thinking, adaptable, and motivated by contributing to a healthy, evolving community.
