We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and integrate the critical functions of Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Human Resources (HR). Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO ensures financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and alignment of IT and HR strategies with the organization’s goals. The CFO role involves driving financial performance, implementing technology solutions, and fostering a high-performing workforce to support organizational growth.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Leads, oversees and supports REAL’s Financial, Information Technology and Human Resource department by:
**Finance**:
- Lead the development and implementation of financial and procurement strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee internal financial planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision making
- Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring financial stability and growth
- Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and tax requirements and reporting standards.
- Oversee the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the procurement process to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Provide support in future lease and major partner negotiations as it relates to financial analysis and contract drafting
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies to ensure financial stability.
**Information Technology**:
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s IT strategy to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management to support business operations.
- Foster a culture of technological innovation to. Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards are in place to support scalability and data security.
**Human Resources**:
- Oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to build a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and organizational learning
- Ensure alignment of HR policies and programs with organizational goals
Leads, oversees and supports REAL’s strategies by:
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, Executive team and Board of Directors on financial performance, technology innovation, and workforce planning.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize resources and achieve strategic goals.
- Serve as a role model for ethical leadership and decision-making.
- Develop and execute the organization’s financial, IT, and HR strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversees Governance and Risk Management by:
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and technological risks.
- Oversee business continuity planning across finance, IT, and HR.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison with auditors, financial institutions, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT IT TAKES**
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience including oversight of finance, IT and HR functions.
- Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
- Knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with HR strategies, including talent management and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements across finance, IT, and HR domains.
