We are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to join our Municipal and Transportation Design team in Ontario. This role will involve design and delivery of municipal transportation infrastructure projects, including planning, design, tendering of road互 intersection projects and associated underground infrastructure, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating in a dynamic team environment with senior staff. Our hybrid work model supports flexible work arrangements. The position can be basedъя any Ontario office: Bowmanville, Toronto‑Mississauga, Burlington, Kitchener, or London. Job Responsibilities Prepare and review design drawings, reports, and tender documents for urban and rural road and highway projects, environmental assessments, and associated municipal infrastructure (watermains, storm sewers, sanitary sewers). Contribute to the planning and management of transportation projects on local, collector sku arterial roads for municipal clients across Ontario, including project schedules, budgets, quality control and coordination of design tasks. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers ڈاک participate in design reviews, and assist in resolving engineering and design issues. Liaise with clients, agencies, utilities and regulatory authorities to support coordination and obtain required permits and approvals. Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to maintain client relationships and assist in proposal preparation and business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years of project delivery and team management experience, including at least 5 years of design experience in transportation and municipal infrastructure projects in Ontario. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or eligible for licensure. Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary design teams and mid‑ to large‑scale construction projects. Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills in English.
