Junior Project Manager

We're looking for a detail-loving Junior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and knows how to keep great creative work moving. This role sits at the intersection of our account, studio, and production teams , and owns the Production/Execution phase of projects. You're the person who brings structure-tracking timelines, managing and collecting resources, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll work closely with Account Managers, Designers, Production Artists, and vendors to get work out the door beautifully and on time. What You'll Do Own the Process Manage multiple projects at once in support of account teams Support Account Managers with Project Management tasks through the Production and Design phases to final release Build, manage, and protect project timelines Coordinate internal and external workflows including art circulation, filing, production logistics, and deliveries Monitor job costing, including cost inputs, reporting, and invoice preparation, to keep work on budget Be the Connector Act as a clear point of contact between account teams, studio, vendors, and suppliers Facilitate project-related meetings and discussions as needed Clarify deliverables and technical requirements with marketers and specialists Build strong working relationships with clients and production partners Sweat the Details Proofread artwork and copy on all creative to ensure accuracy and quality Apply brand knowledge and account history to projects Ensure projects meet agency standards for creativity, quality, and deadlines Show Up for the Team Work collaboratively and respectfully across disciplines Support agency processes (timesheets, quality standards, policies, feedback cycles) Embrace agency life-including the occasional tight deadline, overtime, or travel Must Have 1-2 years Proven project management experience in an agency, studio, or production environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once Clear, confident written and verbal communication Experience managing timelines, budgets, and production workflows High attention to detail, especially in production art and proofing Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Slack and Keynote Nice to Have Experience with packaging and print production Working knowledge of printing processes and artwork requirements Basic understanding of design principles Experience working with internal project management or asset systems Why You'll Want This Job You'll play a key role in bringing smart, creative work to life You'll work alongside talented, collaborative teams who value process and people You'll have ownership, trust, and visibility across projects You'll be part of an agency that cares about quality, relationships, and beautiful creative work
