  • Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders, understand their goals and influence, and define their commitment levels.
  • Communication and Engagement: Contribute to designing and delivering stakeholder communications, engagement strategies, and performance support materials. Manage and execute communication or engagement campaigns.
  • Risk Management: Partner with Change Agents to identify and mitigate people risks associated with change impacts.
  • Role Mapping: Work with Role Mapping Advisors and business contacts to perform role mapping for end-user groups.
  • Readiness Assessments: Conduct business readiness assessments to determine deployment readiness, including adoption tracking and measurement.
  • Content Development: Develop content for change networks, leadership teams, SMEs, and other groups to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Support SMEs: Act as the main contact for SMEs during stabilization and warranty periods, managing inquiries and responses.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition activities to support operational sustainment.


Knowledge Required:

  • Educational Background: Degree or professional certification in Business, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications, or Education.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in related roles with experience in managing stakeholders and executing change management activities.
  • Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of function processes, issues, and challenges; experience with change initiatives, preferably related to system and process changes.
  • Skills: Problem-solving abilities, teamwork, leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Operations; experience with Oracle Cloud or Maximo; certifications like PROSCI, PMP, or Adult Education.
