Leadership & training: lead and mentor a diverse BOH team, fostering a positive, growth‑oriented kitchen culture. Quality & consistency: uphold high standards of taste, presentation, and execution. Operational excellence: oversee ordering, inventory, food costing, waste reduction, and supplier relationships. Collaboration: work closely with ownership/management on concept evolution, specials, events, and menu rollouts. Health & safety: ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef or above), ideally in elevated or modern Asian‑influenced cuisine. Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team. Strong understanding of cost control, ordering systems, and operational efficiency. Creative approach to menu development with an eye for plating aesthetics and flavor balance. Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑oriented leadership style. Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and culinary innovation.
