The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This individual will be responsible for the overall quality of food, service, and cleanliness of the kitchen. The Head Chef will also be responsible for developing menus and preparing dishes to meet the needs of customers.

**Requirements**:
**Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**
- Must have previous experience as a head chef or culinary director in a restaurant.
- Must have knowledge of culinary arts and principles.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate team members.
- Must have knowledge of food safety practices and be able to follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Must be able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to follow instructions and take direction from management.
- Must be able to work at a consistent pace while maintaining focus on work that is done well and efficiently.
- Must have a positive attitude and great customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive).

Responsibilities**:Manage daily operations of the kitchen, including: Food Safety & Sanitation, Production Schedules, Food Preparation & Plate Design, Inventory & Ordering, Labor Schedules & Payroll.**'

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

- Toronto, ON M4N 2L5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
