We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director, Enterprise Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software applications, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives. Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic vision for enterprise applications that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage a team of application developers, analysts, and engineers
Application Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications, including selection, implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
Salesforce CRM: Utilize experience with Salesforce CRM to guide its implementation, customization, integration and optimization, ensuring it meets business needs and enhances customer relationship management.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritize application requirements.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels meet organizational standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, systems, and outcomes.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the budget for enterprise applications, ensuring cost-effective use of resources within project timelines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles, enterprise application systems, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business applications.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and Devops Practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Vendor Relations: Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce CRM certification(s)
Experience with other enterprise software applications, such as ERP, HCM, or CRM systems
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
Familiarity with ITIL framework
