WHAT YOU’LL DO As CTO/CAIO you will design and lead Elevation Capital’s AI‑first transformation, building the deep learning models, data ecosystems, and intelligent automation that power the next generation of our global companies and the UHNW family office. Your mission will be to inject AI and automation directly into the operating core of our portfolio, transforming how we think, decide, and perform. Your Mandate Spans Both The Visionary And The Practical Systems Architecture: Build and secure the digital backbone of Elevation Capital. Ensure data integrity and network security across a global platform, integrating Microsoft Fabric, cloud systems, and real‑time data pipes that connect every business and decision system. Intelligent Infrastructure: Design and deploy enterprise and mobile applications that bring automation, data visibility, and decision tools to daily operations — from leadership dashboards to on‑the‑ground execution. Business Transformation: Embed AI and automation across all portfolio companies to increase efficiency, precision, and performance. Lead business process automation (BPA) to replace manual workflows with scalable, intelligent systems. Education and Enablement: Build AI fluency and technical readiness across teams through training, workshops, and practical implementation, ensuring every business unit operates with intelligence by design. RESPONSIBILITIES Architect and personally develop the initial prototype for Elevation Capital’s AI vision and framework, embedding intelligence and automation across the group and portfolio companies so every system operates with data‑driven precision. Design, develop, and advance proprietary LLM and LAM models to drive scalability, accelerate performance, and create a continuously learning enterprise. Lead data intelligence architecture, integrating a data lakehouse or similar platform as the foundation for real‑time pipelines, analytics, and decision infrastructure that connect the entire organization. Oversee business process automation and enterprise systems, embedding AI into daily workflows to eliminate friction, reduce inefficiency, and elevate execution speed and accuracy. Ensure global information security and resilience, protecting both physical and digital environments through governance, network defense, and proactive red‑teaming. Ownership of Microsoft Cloud administration and systems management, ensuring a unified, secure, and scalable digital environment for AI deployment, data continuity, and cross‑company integration. Hire, manage, and scale multidisciplinary AI, Data, and Engineering teams across Elevation Capital; consult with portfolio companies to extend AI adoption and infrastructure development. Champion AI education and upskilling for all staff, ensuring organizational fluency in intelligent tools, automation systems, and data‑driven decision‑making. Identify and deploy emerging AI technologies and partnerships, maintaining Elevation’s leadership at the frontier of innovation. Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and ROI accountability for all AI and technology initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable impact. Continuously modernize enterprise architecture, replacing legacy workflows with secure, automated systems that enable global scalability. Lead intelligent transformation across CPG, hospitality, real estate, wellness, and technology—reengineering how we forecast, hire, market, manufacture, and operate. Build and maintain a unified intelligence network, connecting data, infrastructure, and automation to compound value creation across the UHNW family office and portfolio ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5+ years in a CTO, Head of AI, or equivalent senior role, demonstrating strategic and innovative leadership across software, data, and AI‑driven organizations. 5+ years of experience developing and executing an enterprise‑wide technology and AI strategy that directly supports and scales with business objectives, with a proven ability to translate cutting‑edge ML and automation capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Experience with executive‑level reporting (e.g., CXO, founder, owner, board) and a hands‑on doer mindset. Significant experience hiring in multi‑business/cross‑function environments. 3+ years of hands‑on experience in AI and machine‑learning productization, including expertise in LLMs and agentic AI systems, with proven success in leading teams that have deployed such systems at scale. 5+ years operating within fast‑paced, founder‑led or entrepreneur‑driven environments, with a deep understanding of how to align visionary leadership with disciplined execution. Exceptional organizational skills, proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate complex topics to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise way. Demonstrated success in managing and scaling technology infrastructure, ensuring it supports business operations effectively, with a particular emphasis on AI‑driven solutions for enhanced efficiency and scalability. Aptitude for managing technology budgets and resources effectively. Proficiency in managing complex technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, leveraging AI where appropriate. A track record of innovation and adaptability, showcasing the ability to stay ahead of emerging technologies and market changes, particularly in AI/ML domains. Strong leadership skills, capable of building, guiding, and inspiring a technology team toward exceptional results and fostering an innovative culture. Experience managing relationships with technology vendors and partners, focusing on collaborations that enhance the company’s technological capabilities and strategic objectives. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
