The Opportunity The company is seeking a hands‑on, business‑mindful Chief Technology Officer to shape and scale its global technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategy, with full accountability for how technology enables growth, reliability, and customer trust. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CTO will translate business objectives into a clear technical vision, build durable platforms that scale globally, and ensure engineering execution keeps pace with commercial ambition. What You Will Own Set the long‑term technical direction of the company, ensuring architecture, tooling, and platforms support scale, security, and speed Lead globally distributed engineering, platform, and DevOps teams with a strong focus on execution, quality, and accountability Drive platform evolution across data, AI, and enterprise SaaS capabilities, balancing innovation with operational stability Ensure cloud infrastructure, security posture, and compliance standards meet the expectations of enterprise customers across regions Establish pragmatic development standards, delivery discipline, and operating rhythms that support rapid growth Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Operations to align roadmap priorities with customer and market needs Represent technology leadership in executive forums, board discussions, and external partnerships Build and sustain a high‑performance engineering culture that attracts, develops, and retains top technical talent What We’re Looking For Senior technology leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) within a global SaaS or enterprise software environment Strong architectural and cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of modern SaaS platforms Proven ability to scale engineering organizations and deliver complex, customer‑critical systems Experience operating in regulated, enterprise environments with evolving regional compliance requirements Financial and operational acumen, including ownership of technology budgets and cloud vendor relationships A strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between high‑level vision and hands‑on execution Demonstrated success leading teams across geographies and time zones Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA considered an asset Leadership Profile This role requires a CTO who combines technical credibility with business judgment — someone who can set direction, make decisive trade‑offs, and lead through influence as well as execution. A strong bias toward customer impact, integrity, and sustainable growth is essential.
