We are searching for self-starters, business builders, and leaders that wish to develop both financially and professionally to join our sales force across Canada
Dynamics:
- Commission-based
- B2B field sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and build a strong network of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our payment solutions and effectively address any client concerns or objections
- Understand and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends
- Actively manage and maintain relationships and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly
Qualifications (nice to have, but will train):
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the payment processing or finance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to different situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
