About the Role As part of our commitment to building a modern, data-driven organization, we’re expanding our Data Platform team and looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep experience in semantic modeling, analytics, and enterprise reporting. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing high-quality semantic models, building scalable reports, and shaping how our teams interact with data. You will work closely with Data Engineering, business units, and other analysts to ensure data accuracy, governance, and adoption across the company. Key Responsibilities es:Build, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports using Power BI.Develop and manage semantic mod els, metric definitions, and documentation for enterprise reporti ng.Validate data transformations and ensure alignment with certified business log ic.Coach business users and department analysts in Power BI best practices, performance optimization, and data litera cy.Partner with data stewards to align report logic with enterprise standar ds.Manage and maintain data products in Microsoft Purv iew, ensuring consistency, governance, and discoverabili ty.Support the transition from legacy BI platforms by migrating or deprecating older Q lik asse ts.Collaborate cross-functional ly:With Data Engineer ing for gold-layer table readiness and model optimizati on.With Finance, Operations, and Sa les to ensure reporting adoption and accurate insigh ts.With other members of the Data Platform team for standardization and knowledge shari Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in SQL and DAX and experience with Powe r BI, Tableau, or similar BI t toolsData modeling skills (star schema, semantic layers, metric lay ers)Data manipulation and analysis experience and Python experience is an a ssetExperience with data governance t ools like Microsoft Purview or Collibra (as set)Strong problem-solving and critical thinking and excellent communication and storytelling abili tiesAbility to translate business requirements into structured analytical solutions and high attention to detail, quality, and documenta tionAbility to coach, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional t teams TRAFFIX gives equal consideration for a job and terms and conditions of employment to all individuals and that the employer does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, marital status, national origin, disability or sex including sexual orientation, and gender identity or expres Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Analyst and Information Technology Industries: Truck Transportation, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage, and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
