Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed.We are looking for the Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for working with the Data Management and Delivery team, as well as other project teams, to ensure the data components of solutions provide the appropriate value to the business users, and are aligned with the organization’s data strategy.ResponsibilitiesLeads sessions with the business to gather requirements and get sign-offProduces and maintains Business Requirement Document (BRD), source to target mappings (STM) and other DA related documentationEnsures that project team delivers a data asset that meets business requirementsLiaises with various teams and stakeholders to get alignmentData analysis, data profiling and metadata collectionLeads UAT activities with business and obtains sign-offWorkplaceHybrid role requiring in office work 1 day per week. Must live within a commutable distance to Toronto office.Must Have Skills5-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst preferably in the Wealth Management (i.e. Retail, Retirement, Institutional or General Accounts) domainExperience with data-centric projects delivering the following (preferably within a capital markets or investment banking domain): Master data management, Data integration, Data warehousing and reporting and Big Data environment for analyticsExperience writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team membersExperience delivering data documentation artifacts in organizations of similar size and complexity within project deadlinesAble to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form at various levels within the project teamsExperience in major trading platforms, book of record systems, performance management platforms, such as Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, CalypsoPreferred SkillsExposure to Azure would be nice to haveProfessional SkillsClear, professional spoken and written communication skillsStrong team and individual playerMaintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by natureHigh standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality resultsSelf-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or interventionDemonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issuesEqual OpportunityBridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
