Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Senior Data Analyst located in Toronto, ON. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights that inform business decision-making. Daily responsibilities include developing data models, executing statistical analysis, preparing reports and visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. The candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data to support strategic initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics
  • Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data query languages (e.g. SQL)
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices is an advantage
