About the Role We are seeking a Head of Revenue Growth (AI & Partnerships) to lead and scale revenue‑generating growth initiatives across the business. This role is designed to start with ownership of our AI partnerships ecosystem and evolve into broader responsibility for revenue growth, including new channels, programs, and scalable growth levers. Initially, you will operate in a hands‑on, player‑coach role, directly building and activating partnerships with AI consultants and technology providers. Over time, you will build and lead a high‑performing growth team and take expanded ownership of revenue‑driving initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Delivery. This role is ideal for a commercially minded growth leader who is comfortable being accountable for revenue outcomes and excited to grow into a broader executive growth mandate. Responsibilities Own and execute revenue‑generating growth initiatives, beginning with partnerships and expanding into additional growth channels over time. Be accountable for partnership‑led revenue performance within a defined region or market. Partnership Development Act as an individual contributor in the early stages, identifying, recruiting, and activating AI consulting partners and technology providers. Design partnership models, incentives, and activation strategies that drive measurable revenue. Hire, develop, and lead a growth and partnerships team as the business scales. Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability. Develop and execute a scalable revenue growth strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams. Identify new revenue opportunities, channels, and growth experiments as the role expands. Performance Management & Optimization Track, analyze, and optimize revenue and growth performance using data‑driven insights. Continuously refine growth strategies to improve partner productivity, conversion, and lifetime value. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in revenue growth, partnerships, B2B sales, or go‑to‑market roles, ideally in AI, SaaS, consulting, or technology services. Demonstrated success in a player‑coach role or in building and leading high‑performing teams. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in early‑stage or evolving environments. Solid understanding of the AI ecosystem and enthusiasm for helping businesses grow through innovative solutions. Required Skills Strong commercial mindset and motivated by measurable revenue and growth outcomes. Naturally curious and stay ahead of emerging AI, technology, and go‑to‑market trends. Practical experience with generative AI tools and understand how they drive real business value. Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building systems, processes, and teams from the ground up. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for diverse audiences. Energized by helping partners and clients succeed through innovative AI‑driven solutions. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS, RevOps, or Partnerships leadership.
