Role Overview:


As a Partnering Co-Founder at FractionalHRExperts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic direction and growth. 


In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, helping to expand our reach and impact in the HR landscape. Your efforts will focus on building and nurturing relationships with organizations that share our commitment to quality and excellence in HR practices. By establishing these strategic partnerships, you will help us deliver top-notch HR solutions that drive employee satisfaction and business success.

Additionally, you will work alongside our team to refine and enhance our service offerings, ensuring they remain aligned with the evolving needs of our clients and the broader HR industry. Your insights and expertise will guide our approach to innovation and continuous improvement.

As an advocate for our human-centric approach, you will also play a key role in promoting our values of transparency, empathy, and integrity. You will help us create and sustain an environment where employees feel valued and supported, contributing to a positive and enriching experience for all stakeholders.


 Key Responsibilities:


Qualifications:


  • Experience as a CPO, VP of People, VP of operations, or a similar role that has directly worked in the growth and development of a high-sales talent pipeline
  • Experience in fast-paced high-growth tech companies or a high-growth 
  • Proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition industry.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential partner companies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and creating positive impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
