Job description

Small Accounting Firm looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper/accountant for a freelance full-time position. To hire ASAP

quick books online and quickbooks desktop, sage50 desktop and online, excel

Tasks to complete on bookkeeping software's to follow:

- Set Up chart of accounts for new incorporations on any of the above softwares, enter opening balances fro closing numbers from prior years financials
- Entries into general ledger
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Shareholder loan and Shareholder payable Allocations
- Finalizing year end reports
- Trial Balance Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for corporate tax filing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- This is an onsite position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
