Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development position at Sideworx Connect Inc. located in Calgary, AB. The Sales Business Development professional will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication. They will be engaging with potential clients to identify and develop new business opportunities. This position is open to multiple candidates and is focused on a inside sales approach with as required outside sales duties.

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cold Calling experience and assertiveness
  • Experience in lead generation and market research
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of sales and business development strategies and practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
