Sales Operations Administrator In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our order management process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Book orders into SAP using our intuitive front‑end tool, BuyAutomation. Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system SalesForce.com. Use Microsoft SharePoint to manage order workload and route booking packages. Collaborate across teams: work closely with our Delivery organization and factory contacts to expedite shipments, handle returns, and resolve issues promptly. Own your work: take full accountability for orders booked and ensure timely issue resolution. Respond to Collections inquiries and assist with month‑end closing activities. Drive performance: stay motivated and deliver results with minimal supervision. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1‑3 years of relevant work experience; prior order management experience is a plus. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and French required. Collaboration: ability to communicate and partner with teams across Finance, Legal, and Factory operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Soft Skills: A true team player with effective verbal and written communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: CAD 64,000 – CAD 96,000 for candidates who are B.C. and O.N. residents. Salary ranges are determined by roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual pay is based on performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
