Responsibilities Gather and document requirements, create specifications, and engage with stakeholders. Develop, validate, and troubleshoot HL7, FHIR artifacts . Collaborate with clinical, business, and technical teams to deliver digital health standards. Support streams of work including referrals/consults, health service directory, and eForms. Must-Have Skills 10+ years working with digital health standards (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED-CT, LOINC ). Canadian healthcare experience (acute, primary, or community care). Hands-on with FHIR tooling (Simplifier, HL7 Validator, Forge, FHIR Shorthand). Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
