HCM Implementation Specialist – Recruitment & Onboarding Humber River Health is seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Specialist to lead and support the deployment of a new e-recruitment and onboarding module as part of a broader HCM transformation. This role focuses on translating HR processes into effective system functionality, including configuration, testing, training, and change management, with cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, and vendor teams. Responsibilities Lead and conduct end-to-end testing across all system user groups (Recruiters, Applicants – internal and external, and Hiring Managers) for the Recruitment and Onboarding module. Configure, validate, and maintain HCM business rules to align with HR policies, collective agreements, and organizational practices. Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration. Develop training materials, user guides, and job aids tailored to different stakeholder groups. Provide on-site and remote support during system launch. Required Attributes Proven experience implementing HCM systems, ideally VIP or similar platforms Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows Experience working with iCIMS highly preferred Experience in system testing, UAT coordination, and business rule configuration Experience working in healthcare or unionized environments is an asset but not required About Humber River Health Humber River Health emphasizes lighting new ways in healthcare, with a commitment to high-quality patient care and engagement. The first focus is the deployment of a new e-recruitment and onboarding module. The successful candidate will assist with other phases of the HCM transformation project, including data quality, employee data management, HR analytics, and total compensation workflows.
