Align HCM is growing We are looking for the next great addition to our global team, providing expert implementation and launch support for UKG Pro WFM clients.
This role is permanently remote with occasional travel to client locations as needed (up to 20%). We offer base salary plus bonus, great benefits, and the chance to work with a fabulous group of really smart people

Key duties include:
Implement and integrate UKG Pro WFM (formerly Dimensions) for clients.
Lead client teams via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing: gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout, and support.
Proactive communication and collaboration including facilitating small/mid-sized client working sessions.
Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing/acceptance of delivered solutions.
Create data mapping from source systems to Pro WFM and validate conversion.
Manage multiple client implementations concurrently.

This role requires at least three years of full cycle UKG Pro WFM implementation experience in a professional services/consulting environment, managing a multi-client workload. Some travel to the US is required (up to 20%).

We have included a good faith estimate regarding base salary (before bonus), but final offer can vary based on experience and certifications.
