Sr. Product Designer – Lumenalta We are looking for an experienced product designer to collaborate with developers and product owners to create web and mobile experiences that scale to millions of users and dollars. What we're working on As a product designer you will discover business goals and develop use cases for different user personas. You will translate their needs into web and mobile designs using Figma, gather incremental feedback, and employ user research tools to refine the experience. The scope typically involves complex, interdependent business challenges and requires handling large‑scale projects. Your team You'll typically be the sole designer working alongside a team of developers on one end and collaborating directly with the product owner. You must be able to communicate with the business, understand concepts, and turn them into high‑fidelity designs quickly. Responsibilities Discover business objectives and customer use cases, then translate them into thoughtful design solutions. Produce pixel‑perfect web and mobile designs in Figma, iterate based on feedback, and advocate for design quality. Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions that drive business outcomes. Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements. Champion design best practices and maintain a cohesive design system across projects. Qualifications 7+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio. Minimum 4 years of senior‑level digital product design across web and mobile. Full‑cycle design experience delivering world‑class, pixel‑perfect solutions. Superior English fluency, both verbal and written. Professional, proactive problem‑solver who pays close attention to detail.
