Position Description We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate complex platform workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences for restaurant operators and enterprise brand teams. Position Location Remote, CA Reports To Director, Product Management Requirements – What We’re Looking For 5–8+ years of UI/UX or product design experience (enterprise SaaS, platform, or multi-workflow product is a plus). A portfolio that demonstrates interaction design depth, systems thinking, and strong UI craft. Fluency in Figma and modern design systems (variants, tokens, constraints, responsiveness). Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, structured flows. Experience participating early in product discovery — not just final visual execution. Solid grasp of accessibility, edge cases, and state clarity in complex systems. People‑management or mentorship experience (coaching, reviewing, or leading designers). Experience designing for operational or real‑time environments (POS, retail, logistics, QSR, etc.). What you will be doing and owning Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives (research → IA → prototypes → polished UI). Design user flows for operators, marketers, and admins across web and mobile. Contribute to and mature PAR’s design system with accessible, scalable design patterns. Translate business and technical requirements into clear, efficient, task‑oriented workflows. Partner with Product Management and Engineering across discovery, definition, and delivery. Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs. Collaborate with other designers to raise overall craft quality and consistency.
