Base pay range CA$97,000.00/yr - CA$154,000.00/yr This range is based on skills and experience; the final compensation will be determined in consultation with the recruiter. What we're working on As a product designer, you will discover the business goals and develop the use cases for different user personas. You will translate those into web and mobile designs using Figma, iterating with regular stakeholder feedback. Where possible, you will use tools to study actual end‑users to further enhance the designs that enable the business to reach its goals. The scale we work on typically involves millions of users or millions of dollars. You must have experience at that scale. Your team You will typically be the sole designer working alongside a team of developers and collaborating with the product owner. Your role requires strong communication, a deep understanding of business needs, and the ability to turn concepts into polished designs quickly. What it’s like to work at Lumenalta Salary range: CA$97,000 - CA$154,000 annually, with final compensation determined by qualifications, expertise, experience, and the scope of the role. Location This is a fully remote position ; candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
