Required Technical Skills Extensive enterprise SaaS experience with strong client-facing solution delivery background. Strong technical foundation in banking architectures, including core banking, modernization, pricing, and billing across retail, corporate, and commercial banking. Ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable systems leveraging microservices, APIs, and integration frameworks. Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps pipelines, and automation tooling. Knowledge of identity management, encryption, and regulatory standards (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001). Ability to produce clear and comprehensive architecture documentation for development and delivery teams. We’re targeting a Senior-to-Director-level professional—someone capable of shaping strategy and driving results across multiple teams and geographies. The ideal candidate brings strong autonomy, strategic judgement, and exceptional executive-level communication and influence skills. A minimum of 8+ years of banking/banking domain and architecture experience and 12+ years of overall industry experience is required. Delivery Responsibilities (Solution Architect – Delivery Focus) Act as the primary Solution Architect during delivery engagements, working hands‑on with client teams to ensure implementation aligns with the defined target architecture. Provide architectural oversight throughout delivery, including design reviews, integration decisions, data flow modeling, and resolution of technical blockers. Ensure continuity between pre‑sales solutioning and delivery execution, maintaining architectural integrity and solution intent. Partner with project managers and engineering leads to validate requirements, guide technical workstreams, and ensure delivered outcomes meet the proposed architecture.
