The Opportunity The Director of Community Youth Services will directly manage the program staff in Youth Services in all CSFS communities, Culture gatherings, and any other program as assigned by the Executive Director of Child and Family Services and the Executive Director of Health. The Director of Community Youth Services will monitor, evaluate and provide ongoing supervision and training for program staff, review service decisions, and monitor staff compliance with legislation. What You Will Bring To The Role A Master’s Degree in a Child and Youth, Social Work, Social science or related field. Leadership experience in a complex health and social service organization. 5 years experience in a related leadership role. Wage Range The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
