As a Sr. Data Analytics Engineer, you will drive data-driven strategies and scalable analytics solutions across the organization. You will build automated systems, design efficient data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights—enhancing productivity, decision-making, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate unstructured business problems into structured data solutions with minimal oversight. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. Design and build scalable frameworks and data platforms to support fast, accurate, and reliable data delivery. Develop and maintain high-integrity data pipelines and data models using SQL, Python, and Airflow. Drive automation initiatives and integrate AI tools to streamline processes and improve decision-making. Support ad hoc reporting and analysis by creating scalable solutions that reduce manual intervention. Enhance data reliability, efficiency, and performance through continuous optimization and innovation. Maintain high engineering standards, perform code reviews, and apply testing best practices.
