About The Role We are seeking a trustworthy, responsibility‑driven Client Account Manager to serve affluent and emerging‑affluent clients on wealth planning, asset allocation, cash‑flow and family arrangements. You’ll be the first point of contact: conduct structured discovery, build financial profiles, translate needs into clear roadmaps, and drive a full consult > propose > implement > review cycle with impeccable follow‑through. The ideal hire communicates with poise, turns complexity into simple next steps, and builds long‑term, referral‑worthy relationships. Qualifications 0–3 years in client management, advisory/consulting, private/affluent services, or related roles (strong new grads welcome). High integrity & reliability; strong sense of responsibility and discretion with sensitive information. Communication: crisp written & verbal updates; able to produce client summaries, proposals, and action plans. Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin. Nice to have experience organizing salon‑style events, small seminars, or community/intro programs. What You’ll Do Own a client portfolio: manage relationships end‑to‑end—needs discovery, profiling, proposal, implementation, and service cadence. Review & refine: run quarterly/biannual reviews, monitor life‑stage/goal changes, and propose adjustments. Data & compliance: maintain complete, auditable CRM records; uphold privacy, suitability, and information‑security standards. Marketing & referrals (optional but valued): co‑host intimate salons/roundtables, nurture communities, and build a steady referral flywheel.
