PURPOSE :

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a key support role that requires a combination of administrative excellence and human resources expertise. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, with additional responsibilities in managing HR-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Executive Support: Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, phone calls, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, maintain files, and manage data efficiently.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • HR Functions: Support HR activities such as onboarding, training, and performance management alongside the HR department.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Policy Implementation: Coordinate with HR to implement company policies and procedures.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between the CEO and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
