Senior UX designers shape the experiences we create through each of our digital products. As a member of our team, youâll work within an agile environment and iterative process, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders to analyze, design and convey your design vision.

Weâre looking for someone who is passionate about the experience of our users in Wealth Management Canada; a person who is driven to understand our Advisors, Associates, and our clients. If you have experience in shipping great products from concept through to delivery - while managing stakeholder expectations, weâd love to hear from you.

What you would work on

Contribute to our suite of products:

  • This is an individual contributor role where you would be accountable for the design work and responsible for leading the design . Whether that be independent, or with other designers.

  • Collaborate with partners in Product and Development to ensure the user is at the centre of design decisions.

  • Communicate with UX Design leadership, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure design efforts are moving forward to delivering on outcomes.

The day-to-day:

  • Challenge the status quo through critical, analytical, and creative thinking.

  • Produce the most applicable artifacts at each stage of the UX design process whether it be low, medium, or high fidelity.

  • Navigate complexity by using different UX methods to uncover user needs and wants and solve problems.

  • Partner with UX Research team to gain the optimal understanding of the users and their problems.

  • Present work with clarity. Always aligning to experience objectives and outcomes.

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate discovery, ideation, or co-creation workshops.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Portfolio or case studies that focuses on how you delivered high quality applications with cross-discipline teams.

  • Experience in an applied research setting including experience integrating user research into design.

  • Experience creating and shipping design as well as optimizing the experience

  • Demonstrated expertise with design, prototyping, and research tools.

Skills - Proactive, Independent and Collaborative.
