The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible and accountable for developing and executing the Marketing Communication strategy for the Diagnostics (DX) business. The individual will focus on driving awareness and demand through omnichannel campaigns targeting the Canada customer and prospect base. This individual works closely with the NAM and Global Business Line teams, and peers aligned to the other business areas and business lines. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing digital and data-driven customer journeys accompanied by multi-channels campaigns. The senior‑level individual contributor reports to the NAM Director of Marketing Operations, DX. Responsibilities Be a strategic partner to the Marketing team. Collaborate with the business line to develop MarCom plans including strategic MarCom plans. Develop and execute agreed upon timelines and continuously optimize integrated digital campaigns to increase customer engagement and provide Marketing Qualified Leads. Own the content creation process, including content development, legal & regulatory reviews/approvals, and internal content hosting. Partner with digital channel teams to deploy content including web, email, media, and agencies. Manage trade show & event strategy to support business objectives. Partner with business managers to utilize customer engagement programs including Mobile Labs & customer visits to Siemens Healthineers Product Showcase locations. Develop sales enablement assets in collaboration with Marketing Managers; monitor effectiveness and increase usage through internal platforms. Own the customer bulletin process to develop and distribute to customers. Ensure brand consistency both internally and externally. Required Knowledge / Skills, Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing. Strong operational and business acumen. Proven ability to build customer‑centric marketing communication programs, including digital omnichannel campaigns and value‑based messaging. Proven ability to evaluate performance of channels/campaigns and continuously improve contribution to the bottom line. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment, meeting all deadlines. Sophisticated relationship skills to ensure positive interfacing with all levels of colleagues and effective collaboration across organizational stakeholders. Strategic thinker with high attention to detail. Excellent communications skills, including copywriting. Collaborates effectively to deliver results in a timely manner. Ability to work well in a highly matrixed, global organization. Preferred Knowledge / Skills, Education and Experience Experience in healthcare marketing field preferred.
